0. General Provisions

- Restrictions on subcontracting to other service providers
- Obligation to return or delete personal information when the outsourced services end
- Liability for damages and other responsibilities
If a service provider or the scope of the outsourced services changes, Samsung Electronics will disclose the change in this Privacy Policy or notify users individually.
4. Deletion of Personal Information
Samsung Electronics deletes personal information without delay when the purpose for collecting and using it has been fulfilled, including when a user withdraws their registration.
However, if personal information must be retained for a certain period under applicable laws, Samsung Electronics will securely retain the information for that period and delete it afterward.

(1) Deletion Procedure
Users’ personal information is deleted without delay when its use is complete. If the information must be retained as described above, it will be moved to a separate database (DB) or another storage location, retained for the legally prescribed period, and deleted immediately after that period expires.
(2) Deletion Method
Samsung Electronics deletes personal information stored in electronic files using methods that prevent the records from being restored. Personal information recorded on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
5. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Samsung Electronics respects users’ rights regarding their personal information. Users, or their legal representatives if the user is under the age of 14, may request access to, correction or deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent to their personal information at any time through the following methods.
